Cancellation Policy at BY ELP

At BY ELP, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Treatment times are carefully allocated to ensure each client receives a personalised, unhurried luxury experience. As many appointments require several hours to complete, last-minute cancellations leave appointment time that cannot realistically be reallocated.

By booking an appointment with BY ELP, you agree to the following terms.

Booking Fee

A booking fee is required to secure all appointments.

This fee is deducted from the final treatment cost and confirms your commitment to the appointment reserved exclusively for you.

Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

Provided sufficient notice is given, your booking fee will be transferred to your new appointment date.

Cancellations Within 48 Hours

Appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged in full.

As treatment slots are reserved exclusively for each client and cannot typically be filled at short notice, the full treatment fee remains payable regardless of the reason for cancellation.

Failure to Attend (No-Show)

Failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in 100% of the treatment cost being charged.

Future bookings may require full payment in advance.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive promptly for your appointment.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled if there is insufficient time to safely complete the treatment. In these circumstances, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation and the full treatment fee may apply.

Consultation Appointments

Consultation fees are non-refundable.

Where a consultation fee is redeemable, it will be deducted from the cost of a future treatment booked within the specified timeframe.

Patch Testing & Suitability

Where patch testing is required, it must be completed within the timeframe advised prior to treatment.

Failure to complete a required patch test may result in the appointment being postponed and cancellation charges may apply.

Exceptional Circumstances

BY ELP reserves the right to consider exceptional circumstances at its sole discretion. Any waiver of fees on one occasion does not create an ongoing entitlement to future waivers.

Agreement

By securing an appointment with BY ELP, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to this Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
